Since starting this site as a hobby, I have received many great comments via the "contact me" links scattered about the various pages of my site. I have decided to start adding those to this page, and encourage you to e mail me with comments, questions, or just to share a good Fender story! If you have something to share, please take a few moments to fill out the comment form at the bottom fo this page... I'd love to hear from you!
Hi Joe,
Just wanted to send along a few comments about your collection. (
and you use the term 'modest' and i would have to disagree with you on that as
your collection is anything but 'modest'!!!! )
Well, as i have started to say above, your collection is simply stunning ! Beautiful assortment of
absolutely fantastic guitars, and like me, a lover of things "Fender".
Every one of your guitars seems to be in such beautiful condition, and while i know envy is not an attractive quality, i must say i am mighty envious of what you
have accomplished in putting together your collection. All around 'drool
worthy' in every sense ! : )
You have done a tremendous job of putting
together all the great pic's of each piece, and also have done a fantastic
description/history/spec on each guitar, which is extremely interesting to
read. I know i have already spent quite a bit of time perusing all your fine
guitars, and your pride of ownership is obvious when going through them all ! (
as it well should be )
So from me, i just wanted to pass along my thanks
for taking all the time and effort you have to put everything together and make
your superb collection available for others like myself to look through and
enjoy.
I thoroughly enjoyed everything about your
collection.
Congratulations on your hard work in amassing something to be
truly proud of and enjoy. Best wishes to you for the future and good luck with
whatever your next amazing find may be, and for all of them afterwards as well.
I know i will keep popping back to go through from time to time, and wouldn't
matter if nothing changed, it is still worth more than a couple of look
through's !!
All the best, i need to clean up the pool of drool underneath me now
!!
Cheers,
Steve
I absolutely love what you have done with your Squier collection. It shows what
you can do with a little imagination. All told you don't have a ton of money
wrapped up in these, but they are all winners. Nice job!

Great collection, great photos and some useful comments. I saw the pro tone and
regretted not buying it. So much so that I got one customized a few years later
without realising the influence. Send me an email and I will send you a photo.
Cheers, Iain
Hi, great collection of guitars you have, some really beautiful examples. I
wanted to ask you a question about '79 Strats in particular: Have you ever seen
one that did not come with all black plastic parts? I know that Fender began
switching to black parts slowly around '75 or so, and then by '79 they all
Strats seem to have black parts. I just wanted know if in your years of
playing/collecting you ever saw a factory original '79 with a any other
pickguard color or plastic pieces other than black. Thank you!

I have just posted your links for all my guitar geek buddies. Whatta site! Whatta collection! I happen to know a little bit about photography as well, so I agree with those posters who have also noted the quality of your photos.
Just a great tribute all the way 'round.
Nicely done!
